Giorgio Armani - Fashion Designer

Well, the world famous Giorgio Armani was born in the little town Piacenza in Italy on 11 July in the year1934. He was very good educated. Giorgio Armani studied medicine on the University of Bologna from 1952 to 1953. Later he also studied photography. Also in Italy.
Of course he did military service. Back than (1953 to 1954) he served in the Italian Arm. Giorgio Armany was gay. His life partner was Sergio Galeotti who died in 1985. Giorgio Armany made a great Career. He started of as a Window display designer in La Rinascente department stores in 1954. Later he worked as a stylist for menswear and buyer for menswear. In 1970 he started creating his first collections for men. In 1974 he introduced womenswear, and one year later he launched Emporio Armani and Armani Jeans, the two brands that stand for style and fashion until today.
